All online purchases are subject to confirmation of availability of merchandise. We make our best effort to keep our website inventory as current as possible, but due to technical limitations our website inventory updates may not be made in real-time. Inventory will be physically confirmed by Interiors Home at the time the order is received, and if merchandise is no longer available the customer will receive a full refund.
Online prices may be subject to manufacturer policies and minimums.
Flexsteel “homestyles” products are handled and shipped by the manufacturer, direct to the customer address, and are not eligible for store pickup or white glove delivery. Products may arrive in multiple cartons and may require assembly. Flexsteel “homestyles” products are not eligible for returns or cancellations. Terms
- Furniture and mattress purchase within the past 30 days to qualify for price match.
- Equal terms, services and conditions must apply.
- Within our standard delivery zone – Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon and York Counties
- Applies to in stock and custom orders.
- Items must be exact brand, size, model, fabric and quantity.
- Financing offers must be equal.
- Excludes: one of a kind floor sample item,
- Clearance items drastically reduced, customer returned items, taxes
General Conditions:
Interiors Home (I.H.) accepts no liability related to the sale of sold product or service other than for the product or service itself.
I.H. makes great efforts in meeting the estimated arrival shipping dates, but we do not guarantee and cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays due to our manufacturer’s production or shipping delays or any acts of God. This includes the release of liability for any reason relating to the delay of such delivery. Unfortunately we cannot offer any price adjustments or merchandise loaners due to delays out of our control.
Approved refunds will be made in the same manner as payment, less any unrecoverable credit fees. For payments made in cash or check ,we will refund only by check no later than ten (10) days.
Additional terms and conditions may apply for other specific product purchases, i.e. mattress & bedding, bar stools, sectional, etc..
I.H. Outlet (excluding Express Rooms), Showroom Clearance, & Final sale items are sold Final Sale, AS-IS, no cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds or warranties under any circumstances.
Cancellations, returns, refunds:
Buyer cannot return any merchandise without the original sales receipt.
- Purchases from our stock: Small items such as lamps & accessories that are picked up may be returned within (2) days for credit or refund. We reserve the right to make the final decision on any return request, therefore merchandise can only be returned with prior approval by management.
- Purchases that are Custom order: You may cancel or change your order without fees within (24) hours. Thereafter, orders are placed with the supplier and we cannot cancel or return merchandise to them.
- Purchases for custom window, wall coverings, area rugs, C.O.M.(customers own material) or any other type of custom fabricated orders (i.e. pillows, bedspreads, etc.) through custom order: You may cancel or change your order without fees within (24) hours. Thereafter these orders may not be cancelled or returned. Window coverings and/or any custom item pricing estimate is subject to final measurement. Buyer accepts responsibility for measurements and installation of all wallpaper. Unopened wallpaper can usually be returned and credited within twenty (20) days of the I.H. receipt date, but the exact policies are based on each supplier’s return policies. If the supplier does accept a return, a restocking charge of up to 50% will apply.
- Furniture or merchandise that does not fit: Buyer accepts responsibility that merchandise purchased is able to be delivered to their home and room and that it will properly fit into the designated space.
Warranties:
All merchandise is covered for a minimum of one (1) year from date of possession against manufacturer product, installation, and fabrication flaws or defects. Other extended warranties could be in effect by individual manufacturers that may increase this warranty period. This information will be provided to you upon request.
No manufacturer warranty covers normal wear and tear, or cosmetic concerns like nicks, or scratches on products. Any products that show signs of misuse, pet use, neglect and /or abuse, will result in a voided warranty. Fabrics, leathers and wood finishes are not warranted against fading, stretching, staining, pilling, or excessive wear or variation of color from samples. Seat and back cushions may relax with use and may show wrinkles or require fluffing. This condition is not considered a factory defect.
Damage or defects after delivery and during the warranty period
The warranty on your merchandise is directly from the manufacturer. I.H. acts as the agent for the manufacturer and will assist in providing warranty repair service during the manufacturer’s warranty period. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced only according to the manufacturer’s warranty. I.H. reserves the right to have our technician inspect and repair the item in order to return it to “factory approved” condition. If our technician determines that your merchandise cannot be returned to factory condition then an exact replacement or prorated credit toward a similar product will be approved.
Merchandise that is approved for return must be in the condition for which it was delivered. Merchandise cannot be soiled, abused, and or unsanitary, or have any evidence of pet use.
Other Warranty or service Information:
All products which are easily transportable must be returned by the customer to the store for warranty service. For warranty or service work within our standard delivery zone, standard pick-up, inspection, and delivery charges will be waived within the first (30) days, but thereafter will be at the buyer’s expense. For warranty or service work outside our standard delivery zone, standard pick-up and delivery charges will be at the buyer’s expense.
- If you pick up your merchandise at our showroom or Distribution Center you must thoroughly inspect merchandise for any applicable warranty defects or damage before loading.
Delivery Conditions:
I.H. will not install, remove or relocate any electronic equipment of any kind (TV, DVD, Tuners, etc.). Please notify the scheduler that you may need to coordinate for installation of these items by others.
Customers are responsible for having existing furniture moved from the designated room. Moving of customer’s existing furniture inside the room or house may be available at an additional charge, and only if approved at the time of scheduling your delivery. I.H. will not be responsible for any damage to customer’s existing furniture or home when moved by I.H. personnel.
I.H. will not install or connect any merchandise or accessories relating to propane or natural gas or direct electrical wiring.
Customer pickups:
If you would like to pick up your merchandise at our Distribution Center, you must contact us at 717-390-2000 ext. 3 at least (1) one business day in advance in order for us to pull and inspect your merchandise. All merchandise, except take with items, is transferred to our warehouse unless otherwise noted. Our retail stores do not have manpower to move or load furniture. You must pay your account in full and sign all required financing paperwork prior to pick-up. You must thoroughly inspect merchandise for any defects or damage before loading. It is your responsibility to provide protection, tie downs and manpower to ensure the safe loading, transport and delivery of the merchandise to your home. I.H. assumes no responsibility for any damage incurred during loading or transit to your home.

Custom Quick Ship Terms and Conditions:
Includes only Studio 67 fabrics or leathers confirmed in factory stock when order is placed at the factory.
Available in Zone 1 delivery or customer pick up only. Other zones would require additional lead time for delivery scheduling.
For orders placed before 3 PM Mon. – Thurs., Quick Ship period begins on the next business day from receipt of signature and deposit.
Orders placed between Thursday 3 PM and Sunday 5PM will have the following Monday as 1st business day.
Guarantee void if customer is unable to accept delivery according to I.H. delivery availability.
Guarantee does not apply over factory shut downs, holidays and/or delays beyond our control or that of our supplier or shipping company.
Scheduled 10-day factory shut downs are July 4th, Christmas, New Year.
Quick Ship items can be delivered as split ship for no additional charge, Zone 1 only.
“Free Delivery Guarantee” will be a credit for Standard Delivery Charges only for Quick Ship items in Zone 1.
