What If My Furniture Doesn’t Fit?
Help us help you! Before you make your final purchase decision, use our Easy Home Measuring Guide to help you measure your door openings, hallways, stairways, and the area/room where your new furniture will be placed. If you are still not sure, we will be happy to come to your home to measure and make sure your furniture will fit (service fee may apply). Furniture that needs to be returned because it cannot be placed into the designated space will be subject to restocking fees.*

Picking Up Your Merchandise
If you would like to pick up your furniture, you must contact INTERIORS HOME at least one (1) business day in advance 717-390-2000, Option 3. Our Distribution Center pickup hours are: Monday – Friday 8am – 4:00pm. The center is closed Saturday and Sunday. The Distribution Center is located at 1260 Corporate Blvd, Lancaster, PA 17601. Upon arrival, please come to the front entrance first and present 1) identification, and 2) a copy of your sales agreement. You must pay your account(s) in full and sign all required financing paperwork prior to pick-up.
If you have chosen to pick up your merchandise at our showroom or Distribution Center all items must be thoroughly inspected for obvious damage before loading. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe loading, transportation and delivery of the merchandise to your home. You are also responsible for providing the necessary blankets, tiedowns, or other supplies needed for safe transportation. Your merchandise may be in the original factory packaging (at home assembly may be required) or wrapped with either lightweight plastic or styrofoam wrap. A furniture handler is available at the Distribution Center to assist you in loading your furniture during normal pickup hours. Showroom pick up hours may vary from store hours. If you make special arrangements for pickup outside normal hours, you will need to bring adequate assistance to load your purchase into your vehicle.
Any merchandise picked up from our showroom or Distribution Center follow the Service and Warranty details outlined in the Terms and Conditions of your sale. Most merchandise carries the full manufacturer’s warranty on defects, but no repairs will be authorized for customer’s transit or pick-up damages. Merchandise requiring inspection, service and/or warranty work must be returned to the Distribution Center for service work to be performed. For those who take advantage of our Red Carpet delivery service, warranty and service work may be serviced in the home if applicable.Â
