TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Distribution Center Stock

Items Only Applies to in-stock mattresses, foundations, and adjustable bases stocked in our Distribution Center. Does not apply to mattresses, foundations and adjustable bases shown and stocked on our Retail Showrooms. Furniture items are not included and if purchasing other items, Next Day Delivery is not available to combine.

*Delivery fees apply to Sleep Gallery Clearance items.

2. Standard Delivery Zone

Next Day Delivery is available for all areas in our Standard Delivery Zone (includes Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York Counties). We are unable to offer any next day deliveries outside the counties listed above.

3. Qualified Purchase Times

Next Day Delivery is available for stock items sold during store retail hours. Cut off for Next Day Delivery is 2:00pm for delivery the following day. Saturday sales will be delivered on Monday. Excludes Holidays, if Holiday is the next day, it will proceed to the following day (a 2-day delivery period).

4. Order Minimum

Minimum purchase on qualified items to receive Next Day Delivery is $799 or higher mattress purchase.

5. Scheduling Procedures

The Delivery Schedulers will contact the customer by the end of the purchase day with a two-hour window for delivery the following day. For Saturday purchases, Delivery Schedulers will call on Monday at approximately 8:00 am with a two hour window. For customers who cannot accept the designated delivery window the following day, they will be offered the next available delivery day for the customer’s area.

6. Delivery Windows

Next Day Deliveries will only occur between the hours of 8am-4pm, the day after the purchase was made.
