Mattress Purchase Polices

YOUR NEW MATTRESS:

Your body may need time to adjust to the comfort and support of your new mattress. This is a normal transition and could take 30 days or more adjust. The amount of time it takes will depend on the type of mattress and condition of your previous mattress.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS:

Eligible within 24 hours of purchase but only if possession has not been taken place.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR RESELECTION:

Box springs, foundations, basic bed frames, and Motion Adjustable Bases. Mattress accessories, including pillows, mattress protectors, sheets, and other bedding accessories. Floor samples or clearance models, Final Sale, purchases from INTERIORS Outlet.

It is important that you carefully select the correct foundation height for your new mattress set with your existing or new bed frame. FOUNDATIONS AND BOX SPRINGS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. SEE THE FOUNDATION HEIGHT SELECTION FORM UNDER: Mattresses: Articles & Guides. 

MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES:

DO NOT REMOVE MANUFACTURERS’ LABELS. Most products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Refer to the specific manufacturer warranty. Body impressions will occur over time. Up to a 1-1/2” impression on quilted top mattresses and 3/4” on foam or hybrid is considered normal and not eligible for a warranty claim. If you have questions in the future, contact Service@interiorshome.com. Standard pickup and delivery fees may apply. Mattresses must be COMPLETELY clean and void of any staining to be considered for warranty replacement. Clearance or Final Sale items are not covered under warranty.

MEASURE CHECK:

Will your new mattress and foundation products be able to be delivered into the appointed room through hallways and staircases?  You are responsible for ensuring prior to delivery that all products are deliverable into the rooms and will fit into the designated locations. There are no returns due to products not fitting into intended rooms.

MATTRESS SIZES:

Due to the handcrafted nature of many mattresses, the allowable tolerance, compared to universal mattress sizes is +/- 1 ½”. Measurements are taken on the bottom center of the mattress, from edge to edge.”

REMOVAL/DISPOSAL POLICY:

DISPOSAL - Free Delivery and Disposal within our standard delivery area of one mattress and foundation per mattress purchase with mattress orders over $799. Excludes: Floor samples, Clearance and Furniture Outlet. A $99 Fee will be charged for delivery and removal of Floor Samples, Clearance, and Furniture Outlet mattresses. Other exclusions: INTERIORS HOME will not dispose of or move existing adjustable bases. Moving and disposal are the customer’s responsibility.

 

MOVING MATTRESSES - The Delivery Team will relocate one mattress and box spring/foundation to another room of your home or to a garage storage area for each mattress purchased. Please notify our Delivery Department if you will require a mattress moved.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY CUSTOM MATTRESS ORDER?

If your new mattress is not in stock in our Distribution Center, we estimate that it will take 3 to 4 weeks for our suppliers to manufacture and ship your products. Please be aware that this is only an estimate and is not a guarantee. We are in contact with our suppliers and will notify you of any changes. Contact Customer Service if you would like to check the status of your order. 

REMOVAL EXCEPTIONS - Mattresses and/or box springs will not be moved from the original location if there is any sign of insect infestation or sanitary concerns. If these conditions exist, the new product will be left in its original packaging at the customer’s home and the customer will be responsible for removing the old bedding and placing the new bedding. Our Delivery Team reserves the right to refuse to remove or move any products per the above.

WEBSITE COMFORT GUARANTEE & RESELECTION POLICY:

INTERIORS HOME highly recommends that you visit one of our store locations and work with a qualified Mattress Specialist to test and select your mattress.  A trained Mattress Specialist will access your specific comfort and sleep needs with the assistance of Body Mapping Sleep Technology.  You will have the opportunity to test several mattresses that fit your results to assist in making your personal selection. This ensures that your FIRST mattress selection will be your BEST mattress selection.

COMFORT RESELECTIONS:

If you find that your original mattress purchase does not meet your comfort and support needs, you may RESELECT a replacement mattress within the qualifying time period for your specific mattress.  A onetime mattress Comfort Reselection is available from 30 to 90 or 100 days from the delivery date of your mattress.

FEES: A $249 Reselection Fee is charged to process the exchange, pick-up your existing mattress, and deliver your replacement mattress.  Additional delivery charges apply outside the standard Delivery Zone.

QUALIFYING MATTRESSES, RESELECTION PERIODS with $249 reselection fee:

Serta IComfort Eco, Serta Arctic – 30 to 100 days from delivery

Beautyrest Black & Beautyrest Harmony Luxe – 30 to 100 days from delivery

Venus Williams by Ghostbed – 30 to 100 days from delivery

 Tempurpedic – 30 to 90 days from delivery

COMFORT RESELETION EXCLUDES the following mattresses:

Aireloom (Comfort Reselection available when purchased IN STORE ONLY), Serta Perfect Sleeper, Mattress 1st Brand, Floor Samples, and Clearance.

COMFORT GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
  • One exchange per mattress purchase. You may reselect the same size mattress of equal or greater value of original mattress. Processing and restocking fees, plus price difference for higher price mattresses will be paid at time of reselection.
  • You are required to sleep on the mattress the minimum qualifying number of nights from delivery and no more than the total number of nights designated by the policy.
  • Purchase a moisture proof mattress protector purchased FROM INTERIORS HOME WITH THE MATTRESS PURCHASE and used for the entire time the mattress is in the home. The mattress must be 100% free of stains, dirt, and damage and will be inspected prior to replacement.  Stained or damaged mattresses will not qualify for reselection and will not be removed from your home.
  • You will be required to visit one of our store locations to reselect a mattress for your replacement mattress.
DO NOT REMOVE TAGS. All original tags MUST BE attached. ALL MATTRESS LABELS MUST REMAIN ATTACHED TO THE MATTRESS.
