Airbnb on a Budget

The owner of this secondary residence in York, PA considered selling the property, but wrestled with boarding her daughter's horses elsewhere. Instead of selling and displacing the horses, homeowner Nicole decided to completely remodel and convert the house into an Airbnb rental property. There was just one condition for designer Renee Dolan; it must be done on a budget! With budget in mind, Renee sourced furniture from the INTERIORS HOME Outlet, as well as products from Windows & Walls and The Rug Bazaar.

Several of the bedrooms like the one above, feature complete EXPRESS ROOM packages. For this secondary bedroom Renee chose the transitional 3 pc. Willabry package, comprised of a queen bed, a nightstand and a dresser.

This once dark living space was transformed by removing the old wallpaper and applying a fresh coat of paint. The Harelson EXPRESS ROOM provides the seating and side tables for the space while an abstract area rug from the Rug Bazaar ties everything together.

The once dated foyer now features new wallpaper sourced from Windows & Walls as well as an accent cabinet from the Outlet.

The rest of the rooms were also furnished with Outlet finds to keep the cost down while creating functional spaces. With Renee’s eye for design and function, and a great value priced source like our INTERIORS HOME OUTLET, this house has a new life as an inviting home-away-from-home for it’s guests.
