When this young couple was ready to turn their bedroom into a cozy but sophisticated master retreat, they knew INTERIORS HOME would offer all the right ideas to not only select the perfect furnishings, but also color and layout inspiration to give them the look they wanted.
Our in-house designer selected a bed, nightstands and a dresser from Bernhardt to provide a contemporary feel while remaining warm and inviting. 2 upholstered benches at the foot of the bed and a tall mirror are both functional and stylish.
Personal touches included an accent pillow made with playful fabric featuring dog sketches, and our designer went a step further and had the workroom do special stitching around the Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, a nod to the couple’s fur babies.
Utilizing her talents in architectural design, our designer used the most of their existing bathroom footprint and totally re-imagined it for style and function. She suggested they reconfigure their bathroom to have a separate toilet room, an open walk in shower and a gorgeous tub with tile wall that serves as the beautiful focal point when entering the master bath.
It now blends beautifully with their new bedroom and the result is a casual contemporary master suite that welcomes them with style and warmth.
